With ＂digital China＂ strategy in-depth promotion, digital transformation pace in juice industry has accelerated, internet of things（IoT）and big data technology have injected a strong innovation power for juice industry．Core characteristics and application paradigms of internet of things and big data technology were introduced in detail, a comprehensive existing related research review was conducted from data collection methods, analysis methods, and other aspects, and application scenarios of these technologies in juice industry were explored in depth, including practical cases in information production management, intelligent quality control, and supply chain monitoring．Finally, internet of things and big data technology future development trends in juice industry were discussed, to provide a reference for related research and practice．
