北京市塑料大棚棚門宜機化改造方案及效果

Mechanized renovation plan and effect for plastic tunnel door in Beijing City

摘要: 針對北京市塑料大棚棚門結構影響農業機械出入、機械化作業等問題，提出整體拆卸式、整體打開式和折疊門式3種宜機化改造方案，并對其特點進行分析。開展塑料大棚棚門改造前、后農業機械作業效率及效果對比試驗，結果表明，通過優化機械作業行走路徑，宜機化改造后棚室旋耕作業較改造前節省用時14.24%，實際作業面積較改造前提高6.67%。塑料大棚棚門宜機化改造有效提高作業效率，減少輔助作業用工。

Abstract: To address problems that plastic tunnel's gable structure at both ends in Beijing City affects access and mechanical operation, three suitable for mechanical transformation schemes and features analysis were put forward, namely, integrally-disassembly type, integrally-opening type, and folding door type．Comparative experiment on agricultural machinery operation efficiency and effects before and after plastic tunnel two ends' transformation were carried out．Results showed that rotary tillage operation time in reformed tunnel was 14.24% less than that before transformation by optimizing working agricultural machine path, actual operating area increased by 6.67% compared with that before transformation．Both sides of plastic tunnels should be mechanized to effectively improve operational efficiency and reduce auxiliary labor．
